Daily Press Briefings: 10 a.m. daily.
Briefings will cover construction updates for the previous day/overnight, expected activity for upcoming day, unique challenges, anecdotes, and other interesting stories brought to us by the volunteers at the build site.
Visiting the site
Media must check-in at the Polk County Senior Center on MLK and Forest Ave to receive credentials and sign liability waivers. Calling ahead will allow for expedited check-in, but you must go to the Senior Center in any case. Failure to abide by these rules will result in dismissal from the build site.
- You MUST wear closed toe shoes (boots or sneakers preferred) on the site as well as a hard hat.
- Dress appropriately for the weather. The media area is tented, but not climate controlled.
- You must be escorted by a media representative of the build to go into the construction area. Those who do not abide by this will no longer be permitted on the site for the remainder of the build.
Media Communications
Daily news releases will be distributed on-site in the media tent and via e-mail, as well as posted on the Hubbell Homes website at www.hubbellextreme.com.
